Ronald is also an accredited Governance Auditor by the Institute of Certified Secretaries and is a board member on some few boards. He is also a trainer on various ICPAK forums especially on Cloud Accounting, International Standards on Auditing and Practice Management areas. In the past, Ronald was repeatedly invited as a radio talk show host at Radio Africa as an expert on financial matters affecting small and medium sized entities (SMEs).

Festus has over 8 years of audit experience; he has undertaken various assignments in: Financial reviews and audit, assurance and advisory, Corporate Finance, Forensic audit and accounting, Management accounting organization and Risk Management and Taxation. Festus is also a seasoned trainer of IFRS especially IFRS 9 modelling and implementation. He also heads the team that handles audit and advisory for corporate and trading entities including: manufacturing, Oil and gas, Retail, Hospitality and services, professional service firms, Transport and logistics, Building and construction and other profit making entities.
Festus has been involved in the review and development of risk based plans for both external and internal audits which have impacted on clients positively through his value adding recommendations and practical solutions to correct identified control, reporting issues.
