Qualifications & Experience

  1. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related course or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  2. A master’s degree in Strategic Management will be an added advantage.
  3. Must possess a professional qualification CPA/ ACCA/ CISA/ CFA or any other.
  4. Must be a member of a professional body in good standing.
  5. Seven years work experience with at least three years’ in a supervisory role in a professional services industry.
  6. Must have excellent project management and team management skills.
  7. Must have excellent marketing and networking skills.
  8. Must have highly developed communication and presentation skills.
  9. Must have great problem solving and decision making skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the firm’s entry strategy into Rwanda and compliance with the laws and regulations in the country.
  2. Develop a marketing plan for the region and participate in leads generation.
  3. Oversee business development and spearhead scouting for business opportunities from various platforms.
  4. Ensure that there is seamless and competitive response to terms of reference, expression of interests and quotations for provision of the various services offered by the firm.
  5. Ensure that there is follow up on sent applications for provision of services to the prospective clients.
  6. Offer strategic leadership to the Ronalds team in Rwanda.
  7. Identify and advise on any skills/ knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in the country.
  8. Oversee all the events and trainings in the Ronalds Rwanda office.
  9. Establish potential partners that the firm can collaborate with in Rwanda.
  10. Establish a list of possible strategic partner events that the firm can sponsor in the country.
  11. Spearhead product development in the country and ensure that the team is building capabilities to offer other useful products to clients.
  12. Develop an annual calendar of activities for Ronalds Rwanda and follow through to ensure implementation.
  13. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, mentorship and performance management for the Ronalds team in the country.
  14. You will be the main brand ambassador for Ronalds in Rwanda.
